PROPERTY PRESERVATION COORDINATOR (HYBRID)

About the role

Contract to Hire position based in Brandon, 33511. Fully remote after initial onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating with vendors when a REO property needs a contractor to provide work
• Calendaring project times for vendors to work on properties
• Communicating with banks and vendors regularly to provide status updates
• Create and manage reports with file activity
• Photo review for in status and completed jobs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• (1) year of office experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Skills

• Computer proficiency (employer will perform testing)

Nice To Have

• Negotiating experience
• Construction experience in any capacity
• Call Center experience

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
