What You'll Do
- Lead the lease-up and day-to-day operations of a new 107-unit LIHTC affordable housing community.
- Drive leasing performance through outreach marketing, networking events, open houses, and community partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and affordable housing program requirements.
- Manage property financial performance, including budgeting, rent collections, reporting, and expense control.
- Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site team members while fostering a positive team culture.
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and operational standards throughout the community.
- Collaborate with construction, compliance, maintenance, and corporate teams during the final construction and stabilization phases.
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of direct Property Manager experience within a LIHTC community.
- Strong LIHTC experience with a solid understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements.
- Lease-up experience preferred, including executing marketing strategies and meeting occupancy deadlines.
- Experience with RealPage or similar property management software preferred.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, team members, and community partners.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for business purposes.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends during lease-up activities, resident events, and open houses.
