About the role
The Property Manager oversees all aspects of property management including maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve property value through effective management and maintenance
- Manage tenant relations, ensuring a positive living environment
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure timely repairs
- Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for the property
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and landlord-tenant laws
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to secure best deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience
- Proven track record of successful property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local building codes and landlord-tenant laws
- Experience with property management software
- Ability to manage a team of maintenance staff
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
