Property Manager

About the role

Ovation, a family-owned and privately held real estate firm, seeks a Property Manager with OneSite and YieldStar knowledge for an apartment community in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, supervise staff, and handle resident relations and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and complete weekly and monthly reports
• Control costs related to maintenance and vacant units
• Communicate effectively with residents and vendors
• Manage property inventory and solve maintenance requests
• Serve as a liaison with external vendors
• Supervise all property staff

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in leasing, answering phones, and using computers
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field. Experience with OneSite and YieldStar is preferred but not required.

Pay

$X per hour or $Y per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability as needed.
