Responsibilities

• Lead, communicate, coach, and mentor your team
• Balance your role as a team leader and business-savvy strategist
• Advocate for your team to enhance individual performance
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
• Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a residential property manager
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes
• Strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Yardi and Ops Technology is a plus
