What You'll Be Doing
- Property Performance: Identify opportunities to increase income, control expenses, and improve net operating income
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor on-site staff while maintaining a positive and productive work environment
- Leasing: Oversee marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy and rental income
- Financial Oversight: Process invoices, manage rental income, and monitor delinquencies
- Resident Relations: Address resident concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the communities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily housing
- 1+ years of direct Property Manager experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
