Property Manager - Apartment Community

Pay

• Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 annually
• Performance-Based Quarterly NOI Bonuses: up to $4,800 annually
• Monthly Delinquency Bonus: up to $2,400 annually
• 401k with up to 3% Match

Responsibilities

• Maximize property performance by identifying opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow net operating income
• Lead and mentor on-site staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Drive leasing success by ensuring high occupancy rates and rental income through effective marketing and leasing strategies
• Process invoices, manage rental income, and track delinquencies
• Build and maintain a strong, engaged community by addressing resident needs and fostering positive relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily housing
• 1+ year of direct property manager experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
