What You'll Do
- Project Coordinator: Work as the project coordinator for critical parcels within each Construction Package.
- Communicate with Construction Engineers, Task Managers, and Project Construction Managers (PCM) to identify critical parcels.
- Update the designation of parcels in the Right-of-Way (ROW) database.
- Notify Authority Task Managers, Contract Managers, and Right-of-Way consultants of new critical parcels or changes to the existing list that impact the Design Builder's work.
- Prepare ROW status reports on critical parcel reports.
- Review appraisal maps and design files, and communicate with construction engineers, task managers, and PCMs for identification of structure locations.
- Identify and assign construction areas and construction elements in the ROW database.
- Prepare reports on the delivery status of construction areas.
What You'll Bring
- Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency and knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Proven experience in principles, practices, and processes of Right-of-Way; database administration, data management, data analysis/QC, and reporting.
- Ability to reason logically and creatively and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to resolve complex assignments.
- Ability to develop and evaluate alternatives; gather, analyze, and interpret data; and present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to develop formats to present and display Right-of-Way data and information, including developing charts and graphs.
- Ability to verify data used across multiple platforms and reports for consistency and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff orally, in writing, and with visual aids.
- Ability to prioritize workload elements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Property Management and/or Right-of-Way background.
- Demonstrated familiarity and ability to work with databases.
