About The Role

As a CBRE Property Management Analyst, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. This job is part of the Property Management job function. You will operate buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
  • Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
  • Aid in the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects.
  • Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
  • Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
