About the role
This role supports program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting various audits, coordinating property surveillance reviews, collaborating with buyers and subcontract administrators, generating and submitting property financial reports, and assisting with annual physical inventory activities.
Responsibilities
- Support various audits including Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, Corporate internal audits, etc.
- Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
- Generate and submit CDRL Property Financial Reports and assist with the annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting).
- Frequently review and maintain property accountability records, determine condition of assets, arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete property.
- Assist other team members with additional tasks/assignments as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.
- Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.
- Experience contributing to the development of new property/asset management concepts, techniques and standards.
- Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques, and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.
- Must have experience with SAP environments.
- National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM).
- Ability to work occasionally irregular hours and travel.
