Property and Asset Management Analyst
About the role
Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material.
Assist with the annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting).
Frequently interact with both internal and external customers (government agencies).
Support various audits including but not limited to Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, Corporate internal audits, etc.
Maintain property accountability records, determine condition of assets, arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete property.
Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.
- Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills.
- Must have a current and active Secret security clearance.
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS clauses.
- Experience with SAP environments.
- National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM).
- Ability to work occasionally irregular hours and travel.
- Space/Defense Industry experience.

Pay
Basic Salary Range: $65,800.00 - $98,800.00
Schedule
This is a hybrid position based onsite in Huntsville, AL. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
