Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing leaks
• Replace light fixtures/ballasts
• Adjust doors/locks
• Handle basic carpentry tasks
• Execute routine painting
• Install trim
• Perform wall repairs
• Assist in supervising external contractors
• Manage seasonal property tasks
• Clear gutters
• Prep irrigation systems for winter
• Set up outdoor patio spaces

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Advanced painting skills: Proficiency with rollers, brushes, masking techniques, paint selection, and surface preparation (sanding, caulking, priming)
• Tool fluency: Safe, confident operation of a wide variety of hand and power tools, ladders, and basic diagnostic equipment
• Experience: No experience required. Willing to train
• Professionalism & discretion: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a clean appearance, and a track record of reliability and trust
• Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose building issues independently and determine whether a fix can be done in-house or requires a specialist
• Mobility & license: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement will be provided)
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight or awkward spaces
