About the role
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in the Isle of Arran. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic patch, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio
- Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience
- Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements
- Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand
Requirements

Qualifications
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A strong focus on quality, thoroughness, and accountability
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or service partners
- Confidence using data and feedback to inform decisions and improvements
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach

Office hours: 9-5 Monday-Saturday
Flexibility to work weekends is essential
