Property Maintenance Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance Assistant to support general maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, organization, and other basic property-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cut grass and perform basic lawn care.
• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, trash, and debris.
• Clean and organize indoor and outdoor work areas.
• Assist with general property maintenance.
• Move tools, materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor cleanup.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Safely use basic hand tools, lawn equipment, and maintenance tools.
• Assist with other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, lawn care, cleaning, or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Must be dependable, punctual, responsible, and organized.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and landscaping tools is preferred.
