The Property Maintenance Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the upkeep and improvement of residential or commercial properties. This position involves hands-on work in general labor, landscaping, and assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. The assistant works independently while reporting directly to the Property Manager and occasionally requires weekend or holiday availability.
