Leading Real Estate company is looking for a Property Coordinator to join their corporate Irvine office. We're looking for a motivated Property Coordinator to support our commercial retail, real estate portfolio and help deliver exceptional service to our tenants and Executives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving real estate environment while developing your skills in property management and administrative excellence.DutiesAnswer phones and assist tenants, vendors, and visitors with general inquiriesRespond to tenant requests and coordinate follow-up through completionEnter and track work orders through the work order system- AVIDCoordinate service requests with building engineers and outside vendorsTrack and maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)Assist with tenant correspondence, notices, and property memorandumsMaintain organized tenant, vendor, and property filesProcess and track tenant move-ins and move-outs paperworkSupport day-to-day operations for multiple commercial propertiesProvide administrative support to the Property Manager and ops teamAssist with special projects and additional duties as assignedExperienceExperience in real estate administrative roles or property management environments.Highly organized and detail-orientedFriendly with excellent customer service skillsAble to multitask and prioritize effectivelyA strong communicator, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft OfficeAVID or MRIThis is a full time in office role paying $30.00-$33.00 an hour All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
