We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Title: Property Administrator Commercial Office & Retail Properties Keep Our Properties Running Smoothly While Building Great Relationships (maybe title line). Not needed as heading. - Intro paragraph: "Are you organized, customer-focused, and the type of person who loves keeping everything on track? We're looking for a Property Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our commercial office and retail properties, One and Two Towne Square. In this role, you'll work closely with the Property Manager, tenants, vendors, and building staff to help create a positive tenant experience while ensuring the properties operate efficiently. No two days are exactly alike, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building relationships. You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and taking ownership of your work. We're looking for someone who is professional yet approachable, comfortable working independently, and excited to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our tenants." - Then "Why You'll Love This Role" bullet list (actually lines). Content: "Be the go-to person who helps keep operations running smoothly", "Work with a variety of tenants, vendors, and business professionals", "Enjoy a mix of administrative, customer service, and accounting responsibilities", "Join a collaborative team where your contributions are valued", "Gain exposure to commercial real estate and property management". This could be considered Benefits or maybe "About the role"? Usually "Why You'll Love This Role" is like benefits/perks. Could be placed under Benefits section. - Then "What You'll Do" with subheadings: Tenant Relations, Lease Administration & Compliance, Vendor Management, Accounting Support, Office & Building Operations Support. Under each subheading bullet points. - Then "What We're Looking For" with "Required Qualifications" bullet list, then "Bonus Points For" bullet list. - Then "Company Overview" paragraph. We need to decide sections. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content to these standard headings. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" sections. - Requirements/Qualifications: the "What We're Looking For" required qualifications. - Skills: maybe combine required qualifications? But we can have Skills separate if there is specific skill list. The posting includes "Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software." That's a skill. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: the "Why You'll Love This Role" bullet list. - Pay: not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned. So omit. - Possibly also "Company Overview" could be under About the company? Not in list. Could be omitted or put under About the role? But instructions say we can use those headings; we could add a section like "Company Overview" but not in the given list. The list is examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings, but we could also use other headings if needed? It says use those for section headings (e.g.) meaning those are examples; we could also use other headings if appropriate. However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we likely want to stick to those standard headings. Thus we can map: - About the role: intro paragraph + maybe company overview? Could combine. - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" bullet points (maybe grouped under subheadings but we can flatten into a list). However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep subheadings as

    maybe? But instructions only mention

for section headings. It didn't forbid other headings, but we could keep subheadings as

or . Safer to keep them as

    maybe. But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). They didn't say we cannot use other heading levels. But to be safe, we can keep subheadings as

    or just bold text inside

    . However they said use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So for responsibilities we should output a

      • list. If we want to keep subheadings, we could put them as

inside the list? That would break list. Better to flatten: list all duties as items, maybe grouping with comments? But we need to preserve all substantive information; flattening loses grouping but still preserves each duty. Could also keep subheadings as

within responsibilities? But that would create many thin sections. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we should have one Responsibilities section with a list that includes all duties, possibly with subheadings as inside
      • . That is acceptable. Similarly for Requirements/Qualifications: we have required qualifications and bonus points. Could combine into one list with required and bonus? Or separate sections: Requirements (required) and Qualifications (bonus). But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications. So we can have two sections: Requirements (required qualifications) and Qualifications (bonus points). Or we could have Requirements for required, Qualifications for bonus. We'll do that. Skills: we could extract specific skills like proficiency with Microsoft Office, basic understanding of accounting principles, etc. But those are already in required qualifications. Might be redundant. Could create Skills section for those explicit skill mentions: "Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software.", "Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.", "Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism." But those are also qualifications. However we can still have Skills section if we want. But to avoid thin sections, maybe we combine skills into Requirements. Benefits: the "Why You'll Love This Role" bullet list. Thus sections: About the role (intro + company overview?), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (bonus points), Benefits (Why You'll Love This Role). Possibly also include a short paragraph for company overview under About the role. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
