This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with commercial real estate experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can quickly take ownership of their responsibilities.Position DetailsLocation: Culver City, CAHybrid schedule: 2 days in office per weekContract with potential for hirePay: $32-40/hr depending on experience Qualifications2+ years of general accounting experienceCommercial real estate experience requiredExperience with MRI, Yardi, Timberline, or NetSuiteStrong Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems with minimal directionAdaptable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever neededComfortable in a fast-paced environment with limited formal trainingKey ResponsibilitiesPerform property accounting duties for commercial real estate assetsPrepare and review CAM reconciliationsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processesSupport financial reporting and account reconciliationsWork closely with property management and accounting teamsThis team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, learn quickly, and bring a positive, proactive attitude to a collaborative accounting group.
