Property Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for high-end residential communities
• Month-end close and financial reporting
• Cash management and bank reconciliations
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits
• Work closely with property managers

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Residential property accounting preferred
• Experience with Entrata or RealPage
• Strong communication skills
