Project Technician

About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking a Project Technician to maintain the cleanliness of buildings by performing floor care and carpet extraction tasks. The position is located in Zelienople, PA, and operates on a 5-day workweek during the second shift. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate all floor care equipment, including walk-behind scrubbers, swing machines, and carpet extractors.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in an inspection-ready state.
• Follow outlined work and cleaning schedules as closely as practical.
• Thoroughly clean and put away equipment after each shift.
