About the role
We are looking to add a Project Technician to our growing team. The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.
Responsibilities
- Operates all floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
- Keeps work areas and equipment in an inspection-ready state
- Ensures that work and cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical
- Thoroughly cleans and puts away equipment after each shift
Requirements
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Must be able to follow instructions
