Project Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.
• Operate all floor care equipment, including walk-behind scrubbers, swing machines, and carpet extractors.
• Keep work areas and equipment in an inspection-ready state.
• Follow work/cleaning schedules as closely as practical.
• Thoroughly clean and put away equipment after each shift.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Skills

• Proficient in operating floor care equipment.
• Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized state.

Positions are available in Pittsburgh, PA, 5 days a week on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour with weekly pay provided. Company van and equipment are provided, along with training on equipment and job duties.
