Project Technician

About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking a Project Technician to maintain the cleanliness of buildings by performing floor care and carpet extraction. The position is located in Bradford, PA, and operates on a 5-day-a-week, second-shift schedule. Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour with weekly pay provided. Company van and equipment are provided, and training on equipment and job duties is included.

Responsibilities

• Operate all floor care equipment, including walk-behind scrubbers, swing machines, and carpet extractors
• Maintain work areas and equipment in an inspection-ready state
• Follow work and cleaning schedules as closely as practical
• Thoroughly clean and put away equipment after each shift
