About the Job
Our client is an innovative software development firm scaling enterprise web application ecosystems. We are seeking a structured, proactive Agile Project Coordinator to help track task allocations, coordinate cross-functional timeline dependencies, and manage daily project tracking maps across distributed engineering teams.
Why Join Us
- Master Modern Delivery Frameworks: Skip static administration tasks. Gain a masterclass in Scrum, Kanban, and modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) deployment tracking.
- High Visibility with Tech Leadership: Serve as the operational synchronization engine connecting software architects, UI designs, and product owners across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Sprint Backlog Maintenance: Manage task status parameters inside engineering collaboration environments (Jira/Asana), ensuring developer items are clearly structured with defined acceptance rules.
- Project Tracking Loop Optimization: Map out master project timeline schedules, flag deadline blockers, and compile weekly development velocity metrics for team reviews.
- Team Ceremony Facilitation Support: Assist project managers in structuring daily status reviews, keeping precise technical sprint summary minutes, and tracking item adjustments.
- Resource Allocation Tracking: Monitor team capacity and task distribution to ensure balanced workloads across active development cycles.
- Documentation Standards Enforcement: Maintain centralized project documentation, ensuring process artifacts are updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. High-velocity corporate internships, managing university tech project teams, or an explicit portfolio highlighting tracking tool architectures are required.
- Operational Alignment Skills: Outstanding time-management metrics, high attention to calendar logic details, and excellent structured communication patterns.
- Tooling Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with project management platforms like Jira, Asana, or Trello to track task progress and dependencies.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex project data into actionable insights for team leadership.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of initial agile framework training tracks or certifications (such as Certified ScrumMaster or CAPM).
- Foundational familiarity with basic software release lifecycle concepts (sprint planning, code staging, user acceptance tests).
