Job Overview

The Project Support Coordinator position at Core & Main's EGW Compliance Center in Carrollton, TX, is responsible for providing help and support with day-to-day tasks. The primary duties include scheduling and coordination, record keeping, office management, support to staff, data entry and management, invoicing customers, processing evaluators' time sheets, problem solving, and initiative.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling contractors for evaluations, assuring the evaluator scheduled is qualified to evaluate the tasks being performed, communicating with clients and contractors to assure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining organized files, databases, and records.
  • Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Support to Staff: Providing administrative assistance to managers and other employees.
  • Data Entry and Management: Entering and managing data in various systems, processing evaluators' time sheets for payment.
  • Problem Solving and Initiative: Addressing issues, anticipating needs, and offering solutions.
