About the role

Lead the annual cycle of Strategy Development and cascade for the COO organization. Include creation and update of the Envisioned Future, annual goals and targets, Strategy Project tracking. Manage KPIs, Metrics, and timelines for annual management of the COO office. Coordinate with each direct report function to the COO to ensure progress and accuracy of report status. Serve as primary contact for HR, CEO's office, Mexico Office, and Global IT office for all topics where coordination and communication is needed. Serve as the Business Continuity manager. Perform annual requirements and ensure ExCom requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of Project Management related to the Strategy of the COO office.
  • Produce metrics and KPIs reflecting the performance of all areas of the COO organization.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management on Strategic Topics, problem solve, and facilitate cross functional alignment.
  • Serve as the Business Continuity Manager.
  • Prepare executive level communication documents for the COO and the Senior Management team of COO.
  • Work closely with the CEOs office to ensure approval and review of any communication that is global.
  • Work with colleagues at DTNA and in other regions as needed on alignment of messaging.
  • Work closely with HR, Controlling, Mexico, Canada, and other areas to ensure that the Operations Senior Management team is current on all relevant and strategic topics, validate reporting and lead completion of annual cycles for budget, OP, etc.
  • Lead and ensure completion of the Business Continuity Management function. This includes Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management Process Development, Stakeholder Engagement and Regional Support, Training and Awareness as well as Executive Reporting.

Requirements

BS/BA and 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
2 years of previous exposure to Project Management
2 years of experience of continuous improvement fundamentals
Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances
Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity
Ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
Interpersonal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Influencing and negotiation skills
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Executive communication skills
Power point, speaking, and collaboration skills
Project and program management skills, including resource, schedule, cost, and scope management.
Fluent in Spanish
