About the role
The System Offices is one of several system members within the Texas A&M University System, representing one of the largest systems of higher education in the nation. The Texas A&M University System mission is to provide education, conduct research, commercialize technology, offer training, and deliver services for the people of Texas and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Event Management: Assist in managing event services, including reservations, scheduling, planning, billing, and post-event evaluations.
- Collaboration: Work with other System member offices and agencies to build and maintain strong working relationships across the Texas A&M University System.
- Operational Support: Support the Texas A&M-Fort Worth Director of Operations with event and external relation procedure development, and monitor project timelines.
- External Relations: Assist in coordinating external relations and cultivating relationships with stakeholders of Texas A&M-Fort Worth, including organizing meetings and preparing briefing materials.
- Stakeholder Management: Support the management of relationships with strategic groups and constituencies, including preparing detailed briefings and managing logistics for engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of related experience.

Pay
Salary $4,617.67 - $6,541.66 per month commensurate with experience.
