What You'll Do
- Manage the delivery of client implementation projects, ensuring clients are prepared to successfully roll out Adyen’s solution.
- Cook up project activities across a varying portfolio of projects, with guidance (as needed) from more senior Project Operations Managers.
- Collaborate closely with clients' project and technical teams, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners, to support a smooth rollout.
- Design project planning, scheduling, documentation, and status tracking to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to internal teams and clients in a clear and timely manner.
- Develop a working knowledge of Adyen’s products and solutions to provide effective client consultation.
- Capture and relay client feedback to internal teams to help improve products, processes, and services.
- Support project handovers after go-live by helping document processes and ensure support teams are set up for business-as-usual.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal project delivery processes as the business scales, learning best practices along the way.
Who You Are
- 1-5 years of Project Management or Payments Experience.
- Experience in client facing, operational or a technical environment.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and eager to build confidence leading conversations with guidance from more senior team members.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across several workstreams.
- A clear communicator who can provide status updates, document decisions, and raise risks or questions when needed.
- Curious and motivated to learn, especially in a fast-paced fintech or technology-driven environment.
- Able to collaborate effectively with a global team and adapt to working across time zones when required.
- Open to travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed for client engagements.
Pay
The base salary for this role in Chicago is $100,000 - $130,000. The total compensation package for this role includes equity (RSUs).
The base salary for this role in San Francisco is $119,000 - $154,500. The total compensation package for this role includes equity (RSUs).
