Responsibilities
- Scheduling creation and stakeholder management
- Supporting BNS development and prioritization
- Liaison between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT
- Communication and coordination with Business and Customers
- Development of visualizations and presentations
- Data aggregation and reporting
- Agile requirements management
- Process improvement analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Technical project management, project scheduling, business process improvement, business consulting, continuous improvement consultancy experience
- Soft skills: relationship building, influencing others, emotional intelligence, exemplary communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft product skills: Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
- Autonomous and collaborative virtual environment experience
- Complex organization navigation and project management fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Position of Public Trust clearance required
Desired Qualifications
- Federal government or federal government consulting experience
- ServiceNow, Salesforce, MS Power Suite Software Development Lifecycle experience
- SAFe, ProSci, LeanSixSigma, CPBA, or LUMA certifications
- Human Centered Design experience
- Project management software, dashboards, and automated agile tools experience
Target Salary Range
$120,000 - $140,000
