About the role

A detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Manager position supporting cross-functional product development teams. This role partners with Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and leadership to coordinate projects that support AI features for consumer devices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities across engineering, technical program management, and leadership teams.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Track project health, monitor schedule deviations, and identify risks or blockers.
  • Support internal device testing, including alpha and beta phases, to ensure projects remain on track for launch.
  • Facilitate daily cross-functional meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
  • Escalate issues when appropriate and drive timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or Project Management.
  • Experience supporting the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project tracking tools such as SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting consumer electronics or hardware product launches.
  • Familiarity with consumer devices.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
  • Proactive communication style to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and escalate issues appropriately.

Pay

$50 - $60 hourly
