Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass experimental design, methodology, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Lead multidisciplinary research teams, including scientists, research associates, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Establish project milestones, manage budgets, and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all research protocols and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee laboratory operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain quality control measures throughout the research lifecycle.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management, preparing detailed reports and making strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Evaluate research outcomes using strong analytical skills and identify opportunities for program expansion.
  • Maintain productive relationships with external collaborators and contribute to the organization's long-term research strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex research projects.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of UX research methodology and project management principles.
