Project/Program Manager II
This senior-level position is responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex research projects and programs from inception to completion. The Research Program Manager serves as the primary architect of research initiatives, combining scientific expertise with project management acumen to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary research teams, including scientists, research associates, and technical staff, while fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and scientific excellence.
- Establish project milestones, manage budgets, implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee laboratory operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain quality control measures throughout the research lifecycle.
- Monitor and communicate project progress effectively, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management while making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Evaluate research outcomes and identify opportunities for program expansion.
- Maintain productive relationships with external collaborators and contribute to the organization's long-term research strategy.

Work Environment
The Research Program Manager operates with considerable autonomy, exercising independent judgment to make strategic decisions while reporting to the Research leader. Pay
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.03/hr.
