Project/Program Manager II

About the role

The Project Manager position supports compliance-focused initiatives across e-commerce, testing, and public funding workstreams. Responsibilities include managing requirements, coordinating testing activities, supporting reporting processes, and driving cross-functional alignment to meet business and compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce product reviews and country-specific launches.
• Write business requirements and coordinate implementation activities.
• Manage geo-expansion testing workstreams and UAT activities.
• Create and maintain tracking mechanisms, timelines, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of workstream objectives.
• Support compliance documentation, reporting, and audit-readiness efforts.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be one of the following: US Citizen, GC holder, lawfully admitted refugee, individual granted asylum in the U.S.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing compliance workstreams for e-commerce requirements delivery and testing.
• Program and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Experience using Jira (highly required) and TestRail (highly required).

Nice To Haves

• Telecommunications industry experience highly preferred due to LEO's compliance focus.
• Experience within highly regulated industries.
• Experience with large technology companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
• Smartsheet experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.00/hr.

Schedule

This is a fully onsite position in Arlington, VA, with a schedule of 9 to 5 PM.
