Title: Project/Program Manager IILocation: Arlington,VA (Onsite)Duration: 12 monthsCompensation: $42-$62/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Title: Project/Program Manager II We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and oversee regulatory reporting initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This individual will be responsible for developing tracking systems, managing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring reporting obligations are completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities Include:Design and implement tracking systems, filing calendars, deadline management frameworks, and submission workflows for regulatory reporting obligations.Manage multiple federal and state reporting timelines across different jurisdictions.Maintain centralized systems for tracking reporting requirements, deadlines, data elements, owners, dependencies, and submission status.Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to collect required information and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Monitor project and program progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed.Assign responsibilities and track deliverables across multiple workstreams.Prepare status reports, dashboards, and program updates for leadership.Develop communication mechanisms that promote stakeholder alignment, accountability, and visibility.Support the implementation and maintenance of document repositories and version-control procedures.Assist with compliance gap assessments, corrective action tracking, and process documentation.Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready records demonstrating adherence to regulatory and program requirements.Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Required Qualifications:U.S. citizen or national, current U.S. permanent resident, or an individual lawfully admitted into the United States as a refugee or granted asylum.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.4-7 years of experience in project management, program management, regulatory operations, compliance, or a related field.Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project plans, trackers, calendars, workflows, and status reports.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage shifting priorities.Experience preparing reports, summaries, and program updates for senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting federal, state, or multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting.Experience managing reporting obligations across multiple states or regulatory authorities.Background in regulatory compliance, audit readiness, legal operations, compliance operations, or regulatory affairs.Experience working with Legal, Finance, Network Operations, Supply Chain, or similar operational teams.Experience developing filing calendars, submission workflows, deadline management processes, or compliance tracking systems.Knowledge of document repository architecture, records management, and version-control practices.Experience conducting compliance gap analyses or supporting corrective action plans.Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.Experience creating executive dashboards, reports, metrics, or performance summaries.Previous experience in a regulated industry or government-related program.
