Position Summary
For more than 80 years, Natus has been collaborating with clinicians to deliver neuro solutions that simplify complex processes and improve accuracy and efficiency. The Medical Education & Clinical Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that education initiatives are delivered consistently, compliantly, and to a high-quality standard across regions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of global medical education and clinical engagement programs, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Carefully coordinate end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, participant management, and post-program follow-up.
- Support the execution of training academies, workshops, and education seminars to ensure a consistent, high-quality participant experience.
- Track program milestones, dependencies, and action items to support on-time and compliant delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operational support for the Neuro Training Academy platform.
- Coordinate content uploads, user access, learner communications, and ongoing operational support.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is current, accessible, and aligned with defined program objectives.
- Maintain accurate user records and activity tracking to support reporting and compliance needs.
- Support the execution of eSeminars and webinars, including platform setup, speaker coordination, attendee tracking, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and IT teams to support education platforms and related websites.
- Ensure virtual programs are executed in line with defined quality, branding, and compliance standards.
- Cover medical advisory board activities, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communication.
- Support contracting workflows, documentation tracking, and communication with advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Afford support to broader clinical engagement initiatives as assigned.
- Participate in ad hoc projects within the Global Medical Education & Clinical Engagement team as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, medical education, or a related role.
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, or clinical programs preferred.
