Education & Experience
- Valid California Preliminary or Clear Teaching Credential, or Career Technical Education Credential (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in education, expanded learning, youth development, or a related field within a school district, county office of education, community-based organization, or similar setting (Required)
- Experience leading or supporting organizational, district, school, or program improvement efforts (Desirable)
- Experience managing After School Education and Safety (ASES) and/or 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grants and supporting expanded learning program quality improvement efforts in school settings (Desirable)
- Familiarity with expanded learning program implementation and coordination of multiple funding streams in school settings (Desirable)
- Experience facilitating professional learning, coaching, or technical assistance for educators, expanded learning staff, or youth development professionals (Desirable)
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
Salary Information
Salary Range: $114,615.95 Starting Salary (7-Steps/MGMT to $139,766.53)
