Manager, Tech Learning Project Manager
General Responsibilities
Lead strategic design for Tech Onboarding Programs, from new hire to senior leaders, iterating from feedback and data while consulting with engineering and learning leaders
Oversee implementation of new design initiatives into onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with organizational imperatives
Project manage multiple initiatives, leading program teams and providing strategic support as needed
Own the measurement and evaluation strategy to ensure learning solutions deliver desired outcomes
Collaborate on learner communications and external storytelling, sharing insights and outcomes about your work
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
- At least 1 year of experience in project management
- At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree or equivalent certifications
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, advising, and influencing leadership
- 3+ years of experience in learning strategy creation
- 2+ years of experience in large-scale project management
Basic Qualifications

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location and are listed below:
- McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project Management
- Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management
