About the role
Lead all aspects of a large-scale casino construction project in Petersburg, VA. The Project Manager will join an organization recognized for delivering complex construction projects while maintaining outstanding safety performance. Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate with owners, design teams, field personnel, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee construction operations for a complex, ground-up development.
- Drive quality control, risk management, and project reporting efforts.
- Support and mentor project teams while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
- Represent the company professionally throughout all phases of construction.
- Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large ground-up construction projects.
- Casino, hospitality, entertainment, or large commercial project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to successfully manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Large new construction experience strongly preferred.
Pay
Base salary: $115,000 - $140,000
