Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively manage multiple M&A technical work streams in terms of scope, identify critical variables, and devise execution and contingency plans.
- Proactively manage Operational Technology/SCADA projects.
- Manage all aspects for project execution including discovery, schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, & customer relations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation related to Project Planning, schedule & budgets, project risks, and lessons learned.
- Define project baseline, scope, resource allocation and deliverables.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Managing multiple vendors involved in various projects.
- Identify and assist with developing process improvements.
- Timely update of the PMO artifacts and documentation to make sure they are latest and greatest.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to go onsite for meetings with project teams and key stakeholders.
- A drive of 2 hrs. is acceptable.
- The team will consider 100% remote for a non-local candidate that has a large offering of experience in acquisitions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong Technical Project Management experience.
- Experience in managing Mergers & Acquisition tasks including applications, end user equipment, infrastructure, and information security requirements.
- Ability to write meaningful status reports, highlight the risks/actions and present them to the leadership.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools (ServiceNow a plus).
- Strong knowledge of budget and forecasts.
- Experience in managing the project risks and interdependencies.
- PMP or equivalent Project management experience.
- Operational Technology/ SCADA experience a plus.
