Job Summary

The Merger and Acquisition IT Project Manager will assist the project team in integrating/divesting the Seller’s/Buyer’s IT technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison with stakeholders in both selling and buying entities.
  • Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, including scope, critical success factors, deliverables, work breakdown structure, project schedule, budget, quality, resource plan, stakeholder management, and communications.
  • Manage scope change requests and coordinate with the Project Owner.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for project execution.
  • Measure project performance using project management tools.
  • Perform risk management analysis.
  • Prepare and report project status.
  • Facilitate project meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years of project management experience using PMBOK guidelines.
  • Experience managing systems migration and integration in a merger, acquisition, or divestiture context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management, with 6 years of working in a global manufacturing company in a FDA regulated environment preferred.
  • ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Experience with core functions of an ERP: Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacture, etc.

Primary Work Location

The primary work location is USA NJ (Franklin Lakes) with a hybrid work model. Up to 25% travel may be required, primarily within the Americas.
