Key Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and execute the scope and delivery roadmaps for highly complex, cross-domain M&A IT initiatives
- Build and navigate complex stakeholder networks, influencing senior management and resolving conflicts to drive consensus across boundaries
- Champion Agile best practices and innovative delivery frameworks to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and elevate team efficiency
- Successfully bridge cultural gaps between Roche and acquired companies, fostering collaboration and mentoring teams through complex transitions
- Experience building and managing complex IT budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and overseeing third-party integration teams
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- (MBA, PMP, PgMP certifications are highly preferred)
- 12+ years of senior-level program/project management, with a proven track record leading IT M&A integrations, global rollouts, and large-scale delivery programs
- Deep expertise in SDLC lifecycle, Agile frameworks, advanced analytics for complex problem-solving, and aligning IT delivery with broader market trends and business strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, backed by a strong capability to coach and mentor less experienced professionals
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams within a highly matrixed organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven track record leading IT M&A integrations, global rollouts, and large-scale delivery programs

Pay
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is between $118,700 - $220,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
