About the role
The Sr. Project Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) position at Pinnacle Method Consulting is looking for a highly organized and strategic Functional Project Manager with extensive experience in post-merger integrations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex integration projects, utilizing Smartsheet for planning and tracking.
- Apply best practices in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Support post-merger integration activities across multiple business units.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure accurate documentation of business needs.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
- Apply Agile/Scrum and SAFe principles to enhance project flexibility and delivery speed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Proven expertise in Smartsheet and other project management tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
