Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: I’m working with a fast-growing federal general contractor that is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects. Access to Leadership: Work closely with co Job Details What you’ll own: Lead projects from award through closeout Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change orders Own CPM schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and recovery plans Manage owners, subcontractors, contracts, and procurement Lead and develop Project Engineers and APMs Drive project safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction Ideal background: 7+ years of commercial or federal construction experience Experience with healthcare, mission-critical, or occupied facilities Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and building systems Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred Federal construction experience is a plus The company is looking for builders—not just project administrators.
