About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout and have a direct impact on financial performance, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Deliver complex healthcare and mission-critical projects that directly impact veterans, healthcare providers, and the communities they serve.
• Grow beyond the PM role with a clear path toward Project Executive and Operations leadership as the company expands.
• Work closely with co-owners, subcontractors, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change orders.
• Own CPM schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and APMs.
• Drive project safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial or federal construction experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and building systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
• Federal construction experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
