Project Manager - Federal Construction

What you’ll own:
Lead projects from award through closeout
Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change orders
Own CPM schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and recovery plans
Manage owners, subcontractors, contracts, and procurement
Lead and develop Project Engineers and APMs
Drive project safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial or federal construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and building systems
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Civil Engineering degree preferred
• Federal construction experience is a plus
