Project Manager- Electrical Construction

About the role

The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager who can plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects. They will set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with prime clients, overseeing construction, representing the company in meetings, managing contract finances, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities
• Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively
• Represent company in project and strategy meetings
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards affecting projects
• Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently based on deadlines and urgency
• Skilled at comprehending, summarizing, editing, and analyzing data
• Proficient in creating and analyzing Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files
• Experienced in navigating and updating Rogers Electrics systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
