Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects
- Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities
- Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively
- Represent company in project and strategy meetings
- Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Apply innovative management techniques to enhance employee performance
- Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards affecting projects
- Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently based on deadlines and urgency
- Skilled at comprehending, summarizing, editing, and analyzing data
- Proficient in creating and analyzing Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files
- Experienced in navigating and updating Rogers Electrics systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in project management
