About the role

Were searching for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects
  • Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities
  • Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively
  • Represent company in project and strategy meetings
  • Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Apply innovative management techniques to enhance employee performance
  • Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards affecting projects
  • Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently based on deadlines and urgency
  • Skilled at comprehending, summarizing, editing, and analyzing data
  • Proficient in creating and analyzing Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files
  • Experienced in navigating and updating Rogers Electrics systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
