Project Manager | Commercial Interiors - (Remote/Travel)

About the role

Leading design-build, construction management, land development, and owner's representation firm seeking a Project Manager for industrial projects. This is a remote position with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and field personnel
• Lead site visits and ensure project quality, safety, and compliance
• Communicate effectively with repeat national clients and stakeholders
• Travel to project sites approximately 2-3 days per week

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in construction
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently
• Experience with industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or interior commercial construction
• Willingness and ability to travel consistently
• US Citizen or Green Card ONLY

Compensation

$130,000 - $160,000

Location & Travel

Remote position with travel 2-3 days per week to locations primarily throughout the Southeast (TX, FL, GA), with additional projects in MI, IN, and KS.
