Project Manager - Commercial Interiors

Responsibilities

• Oversight of commercial interior build-outs and TI projects from estimating through closeout
• Development and management of project schedules, aligned with tenant occupancy deadlines
• Building and tracking of project budgets, identifying cost variances early
• Management of subcontractors across trades, ensuring quality, sequencing, and accountability
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate field execution
• Interface directly with clients, landlords, and stakeholders
• Coordination of permitting, inspections, and closeout documentation
• Identification and resolution of project risks, delays, and field challenges
• Support of estimating efforts (takeoffs, pricing, scope development)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (TI/build-outs required)
• Experience in a general contractor or subcontractor environment with full project ownership
• Strong background in office or light industrial renovations (ground-up only experience will not be sufficient)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and scopes
• Prioritization of multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Proven experience with construction management and scheduling tools
• Strong subcontractor management and field coordination experience
• Hands-on execution mindset (not just coordination/support roles)
