About the role
The Project Manager will oversee commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager or a high-level Assistant Project Manager ready to step into a leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial interiors projects from planning and preconstruction through completion.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
- Coordinate with field teams, design partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, quality standards, and risk management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Support business growth through exceptional project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of construction experience, preferably within commercial interiors projects.
- Previous experience in a Project Manager role for at least 1-2 years preferred.
- High-level Assistant Project Managers with 4+ years of experience will also be considered.
- Experience managing interiors projects across any market sector is welcomed.
- Demonstrated history of stability and strong tenure with current and previous employers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
